Merman magic hits the Guildhall stage

Rosemary Ashe, Olivier Award-nominated star of London’s West End, pays tribute to Ethel Merman, legendary first lady of the musical comedy stage, at Derby’s Guildhall Theatre on July 9.

Belting out her songs with merry abandon, Ethel helped electrify the Broadway musical. Funny and touching by turns, Call Me Merman visits of the Broadway star’s biggest shows. Rosemary is accompanied by musical director Paul Knight.
