Rising stars release first music video

Separation Anxiety are set to release their first music video after months of hard work in partnership with Stewart King Media.

The Mansfield band, which splices together rock, pop, blues and metal, will be previewing their dynamic sound on 1st May in South Normanton at the Clock Inn.

After forming in 2010, the group are excited to set the scene for the release of their new music video and single, Awakening.

Formed of Cassie, Brendan, Ross, Jack and Paul, the band takes influence from the likes of The White Stripes, Nirvana, The Veronicas, Fightstar, 10 Years and The Kidneythieves.

Brendan said: “Awakening is due for release on 16th May.

“This is our first official single and combines energetic rock/metal melodies with a sentimental pop/blues vocal, so we are all really excited.

“Our three track self-titled EP will also be released on this date which will be free to stream online or by download via Soundcloud and Itunes.”

The band are also currently recording a nine track album (Facing Worlds) to be released at the end of 2014.
