St Cecilia Concerts began in 1990 and have become a much–loved annual event.

During that time, they have raised more than £40,000 to support music at the Minster.

Paul Hale, Rector Chori at Southwell Minster, said: “This will be my 25th St Cecilia Concert at Southwell and I still look forward to them every year. The Minster is such a glorious place for music-making and to have all three of our choirs singing the most popular and accessible choral works by Mozart and Vivaldi will be a treat for me to conduct – and I hope a joy for the audience to listen to.”
