Sunday sounds with talented piano player
The latest in the Sunday Morning Piano Series recitals takes place on November 16, from 11am, at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall.
The guest performer will be Ji Liu. His recital will include pieces by Rzewkski (Winnsboro Cotton Mill Blues) and Schubert, plus piano arrangements of three of George Gershwin’s most popular songs. There is also Lizst/Gounod’s Faust Waltz and a fantasy for piano on themes from Benjamin Britten’s opera Peter Grimes. Call 0115 9895555 for tickets.
