Peter Pan date at arena is cancelled

Four shows were scheduled and the other three on 22nd December at 3pm and 7pm and 23rd at 3pm will go ahead as planned.

All ticket holders for the show on 21st December will be able to exchange their tickets for the two alternative dates or refunds are available.

In a statement, Music Hall, which is putting on the production said: “Peter Pan is a technically complex arena spectacular.

“Unfortunately, during the planning for set up, the production team have experienced some challenges that they have endeavoured to overcome in order to ensure the best possible experience for the audience in Nottingham on 21st December.

“They have been unable to rectify these challenges for the 21st December show only and therefore the decision has been taken to cancel this date.

“This decision has been extremely difficult, but we hope fans of Peter Pan will understand that the production team would not wish to deliver a compromised show.”

Anyone who has purchased tickets for Peter Pan on 21st December directly from Capital FM Arena Nottingham and would like to exchange tickets for an alternative date, should call Ticketing & Customer Services on 0843 373 3000 to arrange an exchange. Alternatively, send your tickets back to the following freepost address, advising which show you would like to move to.

For any customers that are unable to attend the show on 22nd or 23rd December, a full refund will be available by returning the ticket to their point of purchase – for example Ticketmaster.

Tickets purchased directly from the Capital FM Arena Nottingham website or via the Arena’s Ticketing & Customer Services Team, will be processed and refunded within two weeks of receipt.

For those customers that require a refund, we advise them to return tickets to the above freepost address no later than 30th November 2013.

Competition winners will be contacted by the arena in order to exchange their tickets.
