Tickets for outdoor theatre

Theatre lovers will be able to see one of Jane Austen’s best-loved novels performed in the grounds of a historic country house this summer.

Outdoor theatre company Chapterhouse will be bringing a new version of Austen’s 1811 novel Sense and Sensibility to Kelham Hall, just outside Newark, on 31st August as part of UK-wide tour.

The play, which has been adapted by Laura Turner, tells the story of the Dashwood sisters as they go on a journey to see if they can find the perfect balance between sense and sensibility.
