The commendation lasts for three years and is awarded to solicitors who demonstrate a high standard of client care and practice management.
This year’s Lexcel report particularly identified a number of areas of good practice within Shacklocks, which showed the firm to go beyond the requirement for the standard itself.
Managing partner, Marion Vesey, said: “I am proud to have staff who have real commitment to the values of the Lexcel standard.
“Our firm’s motto is ‘Knowledge + Application’, and this demonstrates our determination and how hard we work as a firm to maintain a sustained high standard of service for the people of Nottinghamshire.”
