Lewis Thornhill, head chef at Binks Yard said: “The festive period is always one of our favourite seasons, and this year we’ve pulled out all the stops to make it a Binks Christmas to remember. Our food is a key part of the extra special Binks experience, and as such, we’ve worked hard to craft three new menus that will offer something for everyone. Whether you like your Christmas meals with a creative spin, such as our All the Trimmings Pizza, or you prefer to keep things a little more traditional, with a turkey dinner with the full works, we’ve got you covered.
“Our exciting new festive menus showcase full-bodied flavours, top-quality seasonal ingredients and everything you need to celebrate the season to the fullest. Since launching, our Binks Xmas dinner is already one of our top five best-selling dishes, with many guests getting that Christmas fix early.”
Other menu highlights include a festive twist on the classic Binks smashburger, with crispy bacon, cranberry jam, melted Stilton and Binks burger sauce; roasted winter salad with roasted chestnuts, pickled pumpkin, beetroot purée, kale, watercress, chicory, fresh horseradish and sage dressing; and sage butter roasted cod served with mulled pumpkin purée, kale, and caper burnt butter dressing.

In addition to its new lunch and evening menus, Binks Yard has also launched a new festive sharing menu, available for parties of over ten people, at £25 per person. Designed for group dining and Christmas get-togethers with friends, the new sharing menu features a selection of 13 dishes and small plates, including Indian spiced hummus, salads and pigs in blankets – the perfect answer to the all-important ‘Christmas party’ dilemma.
Perfect for enjoying cosy winter days on the Binks terrace with friends, guests will also be able take full advantage of the three private glass Binks Domes, all of which include full table service, the option to dine from any of the festive menus, heating and a wireless Bluetooth speaker, for up to eight guests. Each dome can be hired for two and a half hours each day until 01 January, with prices for bookings starting at £30.
Across the festive period, up until Christmas Eve, guests can take advantage of the eclectic array of live entertainment every Wednesday to Saturday evening, with the full line up available online at www.binksyard.com/live.
