Alfreton police recover cash from stolen van

The van was parked in the Tesco car park, on Hall Street, when the incident happened sometime between 4.30pm and 5pm on Thursday last week.

It is thought that the offender may have broken in through a window.

Officers are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious, or who may have information about this incident to contact them on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
