Arrest made into Bestwood Park shooting incident

A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Bestwood Park in November.

He is being questioned by detectives on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

A 31-year-old man was shot in the leg in the incident in the Eversley Walk area at around 8.50pm on Friday, November 9.

His injuries were not life-threatening or altering.
