Ashfield Homes achieves IIP award

Ashfield Homes Ltd has achieved the Investor in People standard for the fifth time in 10 years - with the positive attitude of employees identified as a major factor in its success.

To achieve the status, AHL demonstrated that the development of its employees complied with the key principles of planning, doing and reviewing.

The assessor remarked that in terms of open communication, support and professionalism, the company was more impressive than it was three years ago.

Steve Houlding, managing director, said: “I am proud of our achievement and extend my personal gratitude to the employees who took part. The award demonstrates not only the company’s ongoing commitment to all its employees but also that our employees remain committed and supportive.”
