BEER enthusiasts can enjoy 40 real ales from the UK and overseas during a 19-day festival at the Pilgrim Oak pub in Hucknall.
Overseas beers on offer at the High Street venue have been sourced from brewers as far afield as Jamaica, Sweden, USA, Netherlands and Australia for the event.
UK ales include speciality tipples with ingredients ranging from chocolate and fruit to liquorice, honey and ginger. There are also beers brewed exclusively for the pub.
The festival started on Wednesday March 23 and runs until Sunday April 10.
Pub manager Sarah Laking said: “The festival will give drinkers the opportunity to enjoy a superb selection of UK and international beers.
“We will be serving a real ale from Jamaica for the first time, brewed by a female brewer.
“Many of the beers on offer have not been available in the pub beforehand.”
