Bin fire spread to house
A fire in a rubbish bin spread to the exterior of a house in Kirkby.
Firefighters were called to tackle the blazing bin in a compound at the house on Ashfield Avenue.
The bin compound was totally destroyed in the fire at 9.44pm last night (Wednesday September 22).
The crew used two hosereel jets to put it out.
