Budding journalists visit Chad offices
Chad’s news editor Stephen Thirkill, second left, welcomes budding journalists from the Mansfield Learning Partnership to Chad’s new offices for a special workshop on Thursday.
The pupils, who came from Manor Academy, The Brunts and All Saints School, tried their hand at writing a press release and were given a number of top tips and career advice from Stephen.
The pupils were also given the chance to submit their own content and pictures for publication in Chad and on our website.
