Off-road bikers riding on roads and pavements in Bulwell are posing a threat to pedestrians, police say.

PCSO Laura Sims says the bikers tend to ride around the areas of Duchess Gardens, Keys Close, Musters Walk, Catherine Close, Alder Gardens, Snapewood Road and in the industrial estate on Dabell Avenue after 3pm without crash helmets.

She is appealing to the public to call police on 101 with descriptions of the bikers.

She said: “If you see any of these people on the bikes then please give us a call on the 101 number with descriptions of the bikes, possibly identification numbers, what these people look like and what they are wearing so we can try and identify them, please make sure that you are vigilant and stay safe.”
