Burglars fled from Hucknall home

The incident happened at an address on Crab Apple Grove at 5pm on Tuesday, January 26.

The burglars broke in by smashing the glass in a rear patio door.

A police spokesman said: “The intruders were disturbed by the returning occupier and they made off. Police arrived quickly but did not catch the offenders.

“A blue coloured Peugeot 206 was seen in suspicious circumstances at the time. If you saw a vehicle matching this description at about this time please contact the police on 101.”
