TWO intrepid Hucknall women are aiming high in a bid to support BBC Children In Need.
Katy Brown (24), of Palmer Avenue, and mother-of-one Kirsty Harrison (25), of Oak Grove, are planning to do a sky dive in 2012.
This will mean them jumping out of an aircraft at a height of about 14,000 feet at Nottinghamshire’s Langar Airfield.
“We cannot do the sky dive until the New Year because we first need to raise £425 each,” said Katy.
“This is the first time either of us has attempted anything like this but we are very keen to help the charity.”
Anyone willing to offer the pair financial support is asked to get in touch with Katy on 0781 6846179.
