Concerns over missing Rainworth woman

Concerns have been raised for the welfare of a 51-year-old Rainworth woman who has been reported missing.

Joanne Smith was last seen at about 10am yesterday, Wednesday 2nd October, at her home in Rainworth.

Police believe she may have travelled to Mansfield and searches around the Berry Hill Park and Kingsmill Reservoir areas are taking place.

Ms Smith is white and about 5ft 8ins tall. She has short, curly brown hair and brown eyes. She wears glasses and may walk with a limp.

She was last seen wearing black trousers.

Anyone who has seen Ms Smith or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact police.
