Police are continuing their enquiries at an address on Laybourne Drive, Bestwood, after a firearm is believed to have been discharged there during a serious assault at around 1pm on Sunday 24th May.
A 19-year old man received hospital treatment for an injury to his forearm following the incident, although it is not clear whether the injury was caused by the firearm.
His injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life altering.
A cordon on the street has now been lifted.
