Hucknall driver disqualified after four speeding charges

A Hucknall man has been disqualified from driving after pleading guilty to four separate counts of speeding at Nottingham Magistrate’s Court.

David Bailey, 38, of Clumber Street, was caught speeding on four occasions between April and August last year.

Bailey was twice caught doing 36mph in a 30mph zone, on another occasion, he was clocked during 62mph in a 50mph zone and on the fourth occasion, he was recorded doing 50mph in a 40mph zone.

For each offence he was fined £100 and overall costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32 for a total fine of £517.

He was also disqualified from driving until he re-passed his driving test.
