Hucknall man jailed for causing £600 of criminal damage to van

A Hucknall man has been jailed for 14 weeks after pleading guilty to causing £612 of damage to the bonnet of van.

Joshua Cook, 24, of Maori Avenue, pleaded guilty to committing the offence on April 21.

Cook was already within the period of a suspended sentence previously made by Nottingham Magistrates Court on for the offences of criminal damage and assault on emergency worker.

The offence of criminal damage to the van triggered the suspended sentence to implemented and he was also ordered to pay £612 compensation.
