Man to appear in court accused of coughing on Nottinghamshire police officer
A man who allegedly coughed on a Nottinghamshire police officer is due to appear in court.
Stuart Hunter, 37, of Chisholm Way, Notingham, was charged with actual bodily harm and common assault after a domestic incident in Bulwell in the early hours of Saturday. He was also charged with assault on an emergency worker after allegedly coughing on them.
Hunter has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
