Man arrested in connection with Bestwood Park shooting released under investigation

A man arrested in connection with a shooting in Bestwood Park has been released under investigation.

The 23-year-old was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life after a 31-year-old man was shot in the leg in the Eversley Walk area at around 8.50pm on Friday November 9. His injuries were not life-threatening or altering.
