Man suffers stab wounds at Mansfield’s Midland Hotel

A man is being treated in hospital after being stabbed during an altercation at a Mansfield hotel on Sunday night.

The 28-year-old man suffered stab wounds during an incident at the Midland Hotel, on Station Street, on Sunday (2nd February).

He received the injuries following an altercation with another man at around 11.40pm and was taken to Kings Mill Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

He continues to be treated for his injuries at the hospital.

No arrests have yet been made but police enquiries are ongoing.
