The Go Fund Me page has been set up by Tracey Dunn.

Tracey said: “This is for one of my mum’s work colleagues who is a community nurse at Bulwell.

“She owned a lovely little plot at an allotment where she held some sentimental belongings from her late grandma.

“This has now been burnt to the ground by some selfish idiots.

“It’s times like this we should be going above and beyond for the nurses that are putting their lives on the line and help keep everyone safe but there are inconsiderate people out there who don’t think about what this could do to someone.

“This allotment space could have been somewhere to take the kids, somewhere to go and relax if you’ve had a stressful week or just a hobby to do in your spare time.

“I know she’ll never get back the sentimental belongings but if we could all chip in and help to at least replace the shed and any other items so she can start to rebuild memory’s and create new ones.”

Another post on Facebook was from Tracey’s friend and colleague, Dulcie Harris.

She said: “My beautiful kind hearted friend who I work along side as a community nurse had her beautiful shed burnt down at her allotment in Bulwell.

“Not only was this destroyed but it was a place she kept many beautiful items from her grandma who has passed away. She is obviously devastated by this.

“If anyone has a wooden shed they are no longer using or know where we can get one cheap to replace this please let me know. I’m gutted for her.”
