Vandalism at Hucknall golf club
and live on Freeview channel 276
A post on the Leen Valley Golf Club and Activity Centre Facebook page said: “I wonder if the individuals felt an ounce of guilt on Christmas morning, opening their gifts, perhaps paid for by wages from local businesses similar to the one they helped to vandalise and cause £1,000s in damage the very night before on Christmas Eve?
"The amount of mud on their trainers that left clear foot prints may demonstrate their mode of transport, perhaps even thier age and location of residence, who knows.”

“Vandalism of this kind is blight on our communities and potential route into more serious criminality. It can also be a costly problem for victims in already challenging times.
“That’s why I want to make it clear that my officers will never turn a blind eye to this kind of behaviour.
"We will investigate reports we receive thoroughly and where possible take appropriate actions against offenders.
