Drug dealer football fan caught at Mansfield Town match

A football fan admitted dealing drugs when he came to Mansfield to follow his side in an away fixture.

Jake Robert Limbrick, of Vectis Road, Hampshire, had been to the Mansfield Town vs Portsmouth match when he was caught in possession of both Class A and B drugs.

Mansfield Magistrates’ heard how Limbrick dropped a bag of white powder on the floor in front of a police officer,

The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to being in possession of cannabis for personal use and also seven bags of cocaine with the intent to supply it to others.

Elaine Konieczny, lead magistrate, said: “This is not a suitable matter to be dealt with within this court.”

He has been released on unconditional bail until he appears at Nottingham Crown Court on September 23.
