Firefighters rescue ill man from Mansfield roof
Firefighters used an aerial ladder to rescue a man who became ill while working on scaffolding.
A crew from Mansfield were called to Westfield Lane to use the high rise ladder to reach the man, who complained of dizzy spells during work to renovate a roof.
The ambulance service sent a solo responder, an ambulance and a paramedic heart team to the incident which happened at around 10.30am.
The man was taken to King’s Mill hospital.
