Have you seen missing mum from Nottingham? Appeal for help continues.

The 37-year-old GP was last spotted carrying her coat and putting on a hat in Queens Bridge Road, Nottingham city centre, at 11.43am on Friday 1st November.

This revealed her pink hooded jumper, which features a distinctive outline of a chicken pecking at a cup emblazoned across the back. A smaller block version of the image is also repeated on the front left side.

Detective Inspector Kev Broadhead said: “Were you in the area at the time? Do you remember seeing someone wearing this jumper? It’s quite an unusual image, which I believe you would remember if you saw it. If this does spark a memory, call us.

“It’s been nearly a week since Elizabeth left home. We don’t think she has access to much cash and she left her mobile phone behind. It’s imperative that we find her. If you have information that can help, call us.”

Elizabeth, known as Lizzie to her friends and family, had been on maternity leave and believed to be battling post-natal depression when she left the family home, in Park Road, Beeston, at some point after 10am on Friday.

Her Audi was seen soon after at a petrol station near Priory Island on the A52 and at the Broad Marsh car park, in Nottingham.

CCTV images that same day then show her walking up the nearby Carrington Street at 11.41am and then in Queens Bridge Road two minutes later.

Elizabeth is white, around 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build. She has blonde, shoulder-length hair, which was tied back in a ponytail.

She was wearing a light pink hooded jumper, blue jeans and dark brown knee-high boots. She also had with her a dark green quilted coat with a fur hood, a dark woollen hat with a peak, and a red and black rucksack.
