House fire in Ashfield
Firefighters were called out to a blaze at a house in Ashfield last night (October 11).
Three crews from the Ashfield and Mansfield stations were called to Spruce Grove in Kirkby after reports of a fire around 10.30pm.
Breathing apparatus, a ventilation fan and thermal imaging camera were used alongside a hose reel jet to put out the fire.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue said all persons were accounted for.
The fire was put out by 11.15pm.
