Housing plans for old surgery building
A former doctors’ surgery in Mansfield could soon be converted into housing if plans are given the go-ahead.
The large building, known as Innisdoon on Crow Hill Drive, has stood vacant for more than three years after the practice relocated to bigger premises.
The Grade II-listed property was originally a home when it was built in 1904.
The applicant, Hunter Property Ltd, based in Berkshire, is hoping to convert it into six self-contained houses with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
