Hucknall building society staff support hospice week

Hospice care week is an annual week of activity to raise the profile of the hospice care across the UK.

Each year sees a week of celebration and action, which helps to change people’s perceptions of hospice care.

Caroline Wright, customer reviewer at The Nottingham’s Hucknall branch on High Street, said: “This charity is close to many of our hearts. The aim is to raise money through selling merchandise for the hospice.

“We are asking customers and local residents to donate money to this worthy cause.

“We will be holding a book sale within the Hucknall branch with refreshments available and would love it if people could come and join us to donate to a very worthy cause.”

The branch is open today from 9am to 5pm.
