It has culminated in one of her pieces being worn at a photo shoot and receiving the thumbs-up from chart-topping singer Jessie J, who is currently starring as a mentor on BBC TV series ‘The Voice’.

Now Kiley is ready to show her latest designs at a ‘Food and Fashion’ attraction at the Moda Italian restaurant on Annesley Road on Saturday June 9.

The native of Swansea in Wales said: “It has gone really well so far. I can’t believe that all this has happened in such a short amount of time.

“You tend not to have time to stop and reflect but it will be nice to show my latest creations in Hucknall.”

Kiley has been in the Dispatch district for ten years now and is married to Ryan Pearson. She has always been intrigued by fashion and studied initially at New College Nottingham’s (ncn) Adams Building in Nottingham.

She then joined Ravensbourne College in London where her talent enabled her to skip the first year en route to a first-class degree.

Having gained experience with designer Julien Macdonald, working for two seasons in a luxury fashion house, she won sponsorship from Swarovski for her final show at Graduate Fashion Week.

Kiley quickly caught the attention of high-end designers and high street brands. She then won an entrepreneur competition that resulted in pitching her business ideas at Arsenal Football Club’s Emirates stadium.

Her first collection was launched in London’s exclusive Mayfair to the delight of the likes of Peter Andre’s ex-girlfriend, Elen Rivas, ex-‘Blue Peter’ presenter and model Zoe Salmon and former ‘X Factor’ finalist Katie Waissel.

Since then Rivas has been spotted wearing one of Kiley’s butterfly-design dresses in photos featured in a full-page spread in ‘OK!’ magazine.

Kiley, who runs her business out of a factory on Latham Street in Bulwell, is also gearing up to launch her Internet site.

Tickets are now on sale for the Moda event and include a two-course lunch. All the items on show will be for sale, including one-off pieces.
