Kirkby man faces sex offence with young girl
A Kirkby man has been sent to crown court after he was charged with a sexual offence involving a young girl.
Mark Webster, 30, of Milton Street, made no plea to the charge of attempting to incite a girl under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity, when he appeared at Mansfield Magistrates Court, on Thursday.
He was sent to Nottingham Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on November 30.
