Man caught over limit after poor driving
Mansfield magistrates were told how Jaroslaw Galinski (33), of Bridge Close, was stopped by a police officer on Brick kiln Lane, Mansfield, on 21st December.
Robert Carr, prosecuting, told the court how he was seen overshooting a junction and stopping halfway over the road.

Hide AdMichael Little, defending, said Galinski had drunk 4-5 pints with friends and attempted to drive home after being unable to get a taxi or contact his wife for a lift.
Galinski, who had agreed to undertake a drink-driving course, was fined £260 and ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £26.
