Man critically hurt after car smashes into garden and demolishes garage

Two other men were also hurt after the collision on the A611 Hucknall Road at the junction with the A6002 Hucknall Lane at 1.55am today, November 5.

The silver Citroen travelled down Hucknall Road and over Moor Bridge toward Bulwell before the crash.

All three men were taken to hospital. The front seat passenger suffered serious injuries and is in a critical but stable condition. The driver and the back seat passenger suffered minor injuries, and the back seat passenger has now been discharged from hospital.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicle in the moments before it happened to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 62 of 5 November 2016.
