Man taken to hospital after car overturned
A man was taken to hospital after the car he was driving overturned after it collided with a barrier, police have revealed.
The incident happened at around 7.10am this morning on Emma Penny Way, in Kirkby, and the driver was taken to King’s Mill Hospital.
Firefighters and ambulance staff were also called to the incident and the road was closed until around 9.30am, a Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said.
The man’s injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
