Man trapped under fallen wall at Mansfield sewage works taken to King’s Mill Hospital
Police have confirmed that a workman who sustained serious injuries after being trapped under a fallen wall in Mansfield is now being treated at King’s Mill Hospital.
The man had been working on some machinery when the incident occurred yesterday (Thursday) afternoon at Severn Trent Sewage Works, Bath Lane.
His condition is described as not life threatening but serious.
The spokesman said the Health and Safety Executive would be referring the matter to its inspectors.
