Mansfield-based recruitment agency TurnerFox flourishing

TurnerFox Recruitment was launched in 2008 by Michelle Fox (36) and Connie Turner (33) when the two Nottingham women decided to join forces and set up their own company after a combined 20 years’ experience in the industry.

The company, which is based on Albert Street in Mansfield, specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for clients in the commercial, engineering and technical and training sectors and has just been appointed as an approved supplier to BRUSH, the Leicestershire turbo generator global giant.

Michelle says it only seems like five minutes ago that the dynamic pair decided to set up the new company.

She said: “It’s amazing that five years has gone by so quickly but then again we have been very busy. We started with a handful of clients and now have over 100 on the books with literally thousands of candidates registered with us looking for new posts.”

Connie puts the success of the company down to its ethos of tailoring services to clients and the personal touch the team applies with clients.

She said: “We have gone from just the two of us doing everything to now employing five other people in the team. We believe in tailoring a quality driven service for clients on the back of our experience and always delivering on what we promise – here’s to the next five years of being in business.”

TurnerFox Recruitment is currently expanding its client base into the public sector after having won contracts with local authorities and public service providers.
