Mansfield District Council Neighbourhood wardens awarded Investors in Best Practice Charter
Mansfield District Council’s Neighbourhood Wardens have been awarded the Investors in Best Practice Charter for the second year running in recognition of their high standards and quality of service.
Assessors praised the wardens for their partnership work, effective public communications and excellent service provision. They were also impressed by the positive feedback on the service received via the Citizens’ Panel.
Coun Mick Barton, Portfolio Holder for Public Protection said: “We are delighted to receive the Charter for the second time. This award reflects the excellent work being carried out by our Neighbourhood Wardens, who deal with all kinds of issues from environmental crime to anti-social behaviour and community work.”
