MANSFIELD WOODHOUSE: Debdale Lane re-opens after three die in road collision

A Mansfield Woodhouse road has re-opened after a serious road collision which claimed the lives of three people on Friday night.

The crash happened on Debdale Lane at around 9.50pm and is understood to have involved a van, a car and a motorcycle.

Police say three people died at the scene, while a number of others are thought to have suffered serious injuries.

Fire crews from Mansfield, Edwinstowe, Warsop, Tuxford and Retford joined other emergency services at the scene to deal with the incident.

Debdale Lane was closed on Saturday morning from Sherwood Rise to Burlington Drive while an initial investigation into the crash took place, but re-opened to traffic at around 10am.
