Campaign group Hucknall Against Whyburn Farm Development is holding two fundraising events at the Horse & Groom in Linby on Saturday, July 9.

The group, which is opposed to Ashfield District Council’s draft local plan proposals to build 3,000 new homes on green belt, is holding a free dog show from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and then a hog roast from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
