A specialist water bowser appliance ended up on its side following the collision on the A616 Chesterfield Road eastbound near the M1 at around 9.30am.

It was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

A Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said four other crews helped to clear a spillage of foam from the vehicle.

Thankfully, nobody was injured.
