A Bulgarian man who was stopped by police on suspicion of drink driving was found to have no insurance or license.
Plamen Asenov, 23, of Victoria Street, Mansfield, was stopped on Toothill Lane in the town at 3.30am on August 10, 2015, by officers who believed he was drunk because of the manner of his driving.
