Portland College to hold fundraising walk

The five mile circular walk which will raise money for the College, sets off from The Horse and Groom at Linby at 9.30am.

The route of the walk is mainly along footpaths and country lanes through the grounds of Newstead Abbey.

The route will take around 2.5 hours at a steady pace for walkers to complete.

The cost is £5 per person and £15 for a family. the organisers say dogs are also welcome at no extra charge.
