Ravenshead pupils revive Robin Hood legend
Pupils and staff brought Robin Hood to life at Abbey Gates Primary School, Ravenshead, by dressing up as the characters to mark National Book Week.
Helen Dennis was author in residence for the week and led several workshops on story writing. Pupils also took part in archery and visited the woods, made dens and studied local history and legend. Pupils presented their findings through drama sketches and in song.
