Rebecca Adlington confesses to peeing in the pool on last night’s I’m A Celeb

During a cosy campfire chat, Adlington admitted to her fellow camp mates that she does in fact pee in the pool.

She said: “I always pee in the pool, everyone who’s a professional swimmer does it.”

She also dispelled the myth that peeing in the pool changes the water colour to Joey Essex.

She added: “If you have the opportunity to get out and go you get out but if you don’t then you just go.”

Inspired by the gold medal winner’s admission, snooker champ Steve Davis, said he had secretly peed in the camp’s creek saying if it was good enough for an Olympic swimmer, it was good enough for him.

Rebecca was excluded from the public vote for the next camp trial on medical grounds but comforted red team camp mate, Joey Essex, when he was again selected to go up against Matthew Wright.
