Violence

Kelly Ann Marie Bailey, 26, of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting word or behaviour and resisting a police officer in their duty and was given a six-month conditional discharge, made to pay £165 costs;

Rebecca Casey Blackburn, 37, of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting word or behaviour and was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay £210 in costs;

Luke Samuel John Harris, 26, of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone admitted two counts of using threatening, abusive and insulting word or behaviour, obstructing a police officer and resisting the officer in their duty. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £250 in costs;

Craig Rodney Hickling, 37, of Silk Street, Sutton admitted assaulting a male and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £250 in costs;

Mark William Wood, 23, of Carlton Street, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting two females and was made to pay £600 costs.

Motoring

Christopher Robert Beard, 39, of Whinney Lane, New Ollerton, admitted driving a Vauxhall Zafira while already banned and driving without insurance. He was given 10 weeks’ jail suspended for 12 months, given eight penalty points and made to pay £315 in costs;

Stefan Lee Frost, 33, of Kitchener Drive, Mansfield was found to have not been wearing a seat belt in a Fiat and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Drink drive

Dawid Skrzypa, 23, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield, admitted having 73 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He also admitted driving without a licence and insurance. He was fined £230, banned for 20 months and made to pay £258 in costs;

Sergio Miguel Calhabeu, 34, of Highlands Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 59 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Honda. He also admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to stop. He was jailed for 14 weeks suspended for two years and undergo an alcohol treatment requirement. He was also banned from driving for 36 months and made to pay £250 compensation.

Paul England, 38, of Maunleigh, Forest Town, admitted having 111 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was given a community order with 60 hours community service, banned from driving for 26 months and made to pay £295 in costs;

Lee Richard Heeley, 39, of Windmill Close, Sutton, admitted having 42 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from the road for three years, fined £311 and to pay £266 in costs.

Drugs

Dominic Giggi Hammond, 23, of Breck Bank, New Ollerton, admitted possession of cocaine and failing to surrender to custody and was fined £120 and made to pay £285 in costs;

Lee Gibson Gillies, 40, of Trowell Court, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen of two vehicle batteries worth £250. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £280 in costs;

Peter Insley, 35, c/o Booth Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted possessing amphetamine and was fined £80 and made to pay £285 in costs;

Osmani Sarhardy, 26, c/o Sutton Road, Huthwaite, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £80 and made to pay £285 in costs.

Criminal Damage

Zack Christian Hurt, 19, of Langford Road, Mansfield, admitted damaging a door and intercom system and was sent to young offenders’ institute because of his record for similar offences. He was also given a three-year restraining order and made to pay £315 costs.


Miscellaneous

Darren Anthony Cheetham, 40, of Edward Street, Kirkby, admitted having a knuckle duster in Mansfield and was given a community order with 100 hours community service and made to pay £325 in costs;

Oliver Scott Jillings, 35, of Pinewood Close, Southwell, admitted failing to comply with a notice to remove waste and was fined £400, made to pay £150 compensation and made to pay £483 in costs;

Clarke Steven Cameron, 28, of Windsor Drive, Mansfield, admitted failing to secure the transfer of waste and was fined £300 and made to pay £469 in costs;

James Henry Drennon Lee, 47, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having an out of control bull terrier dog in park which injured a male and failing to surrender to custody. He was given four weeks’ jail suspended for 12 months, made to pay £300 compensation and a £180 costs. The dog must also be kept on a lead.
