Lynsey Louise Hinman (20), Edward Street, Kirkby. Assaulted a policeman in the execution of his duty. Fined £77 with £50 costs and victim surcharge of £20.

Robyne Joy Jennison (22), Cedar Avenue, Kirkby. Assaulted a policeman in the execution of his duty. Fined £77 with £50 costs and victim surcharge of £20.

Wayne Jackson (45), Church Road, Clipstone Village Mansfield. Assaulted Tammy Kestle by beating her. Restraining order made, fine of £150, victim surcharge of £20, ordered to pay £50 compensation and £300 costs.

Craig Gary Beastall (26), Third Avenue, Clipstone Village Mansfield. Assaulted a police constable causing him actual bodily harm. Committed to Nottingham Crown Court for sentence on 4th August.

Drugs

Clark Thomas Hudson (21), Longmead Drive, Southwell. Possession of cocaine, a class A drug. Fined £375, victim surcharge of £37, costs of £100.

Angus James Mason (31), no fixed address. Possession of amphetamine and cannabis a class B drug, at Kirkby. Community order of unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months. Victim surcharge of £60.

Adam Emslie (36), Frederick Street, Sutton. Possession of amphetamine. Fined £50, victim surcharge £20 and costs £50.

Theft

Adam Lee Cawthorne (34), no fixed abode. Stole coffee worth £13.96 from McColls Kirkby, £200 0f deodorants from Poundstretcher, Mansfield and failed to provide non-intimate sample for drug tests. Overall sentence of eight weeks in prison.

Ashley Lambley (26), Woodhouse Road Mansfield. Stole a pressure washer . Committed a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for offences of false representation and theft. Committed to prison for four weeks on activation of suspended sentence, overall sentence 16 weeks.

Robert Waterfield (56), of Lammas Close, Sutton. Stole beef valued at £12.27 from Asda, comitted offence during period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft and common assault. Suspended sentence implemented as a prison sentence of seven days, overall sentence 28 days.

Jason Lee Smith (39), Layton Avenue, Mansfield. Stole food /household items to the value of £39.07 from Band M Bargains. Remanded on bail until July 27.

Joe Marriot (28), New Street, South Normanton. Theft of copper cable. Remanded on unconditional bail until 5th August.

Mark McCann (28), no fixed address stole copper piping from Ashfield Homes. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Three other offences taken into consideration.

Breach

Philip Twist (41), Victoria Street, Mansfield. Failed to comply with requirements of a community order by failing to test clean. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Julian John Baker (28), Teal Avenue, Mansfield. Failed to comply with community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Also the theft of chocolate bars worth £15.78 from Tescos. Fined £50 ordered to pay compensation of £15.78. New and varied requirements of unpaid work for 160 hours within the next 12 months.

Miscellaneous

Besilda Limited, London. At Kingsmill Car Wash, Mansfield Road, Sutton. Failing to secure that transfer of controlled waste was to an authorised person or to a person for authorised transport purposes. Fined £2,000 costs of £919.03, victim surcharge £120.

Leanne Cooper (23), Half Moon Drive, Kirkby. Failed to comply with a requirement being responsible for a statutory nuisance arising from noise caused by amplified speech and music. Fined £185, costs £200, victim surcharge £20.

Vladimir Imeraj (34), Edingley Avenue, Mansfield. Drove an electrically assisted pedal cycle whilst unfit to drive through drink. Disqualified from holding or obtaining an driving license for 36 months Fined £310, victim surcharge £31, £85 costs

David Ben Pridmore (27), Byron Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £267, victim surcharge £26, £85 costs.

Gareth Shelton (23), Dovedale Avenue, Sutton. Damaged a wing mirror of a hackney carriage intending to damage or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. Fined £214, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and £85 costs.

Michael Bell (58), Chatsworth Drive, Mansfield. Drink driving. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for three years, fined £110, victim surcharge of £20, costs £85.
