A spokesman for the group said: “We are thankful to Sally for opening the Club’s annual memory walk in May in aid of The Alzheimer’s Society where her presence helped raise £2,000 in sponsorship.
“A cheque was presented in Sally’s studio to Danielle Hindle from the society who thanked the club and said that the money would go a long way to help sufferers of the disease and their carers.”
